Salads as main course or ‘on the side’ for lunch buffets, dinner or barbecues BBQ. We love the catering of salads and if possible we make different ones every day.

Sicilian pasta salad
Salad with pasta orecchiette, radicchio, olives, cherry tomatoes, crumbled Ricotta, balsamic vinegar and olive oil from the first pressing
Quinoa salad with roasted vegetables
With quinoa, zucchini, carrots, tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh mint, crumbled feta, olive oil, lemon juice and pine nuts
Arabic bulgur salad with fresh mint, red pepper, parsley, carrot, raisins and feta cheese. Made with extra virgin olive oil and fresh lemon juice
Lentil salad with beetroot
Beetroot lentil salad with cucumber, apple, feta, walnuts, mint and dill. Served with a dressing made from extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar and Dijon mustard.

Classic green salad
with mint, shallots, green beans and a French vinaigrette sauce
Cabbage and carrot, red onion, carrot, parsley, apple vinegar, mustard, low-fat cottage cheese and a little mayonnaise
Young leaf spinach or Roma lettuce, cucumber, pepper, tomato, orange, dried cranberries, roasted pecan nuts, extra virgin olive oil
