When should we set the date for our Christmas event?
The sooner, the better. December is a busy month for company events, and staff, materials, and catering capacity are quickly booked up. The closer you book to your preferred date, the harder it becomes to arrange everything exactly as you want it.
Do you only offer full-service catering, or can we order just the food?
We don’t do food-only delivery for Christmass caterings. All dishes are freshly prepared in our kitchen and finished on location to ensure the right temperature and presentation. That’s why we always send a chef and service staff who can explain the dishes and answer guests’ questions. This way, we guarantee the quality and look that define Zing Good Food.
Can you also serve special winter or Christmas drinks?
Yes, we often prepare themed cocktails and alcohol-free drinks to match the atmosphere of your event. The earlier you request these, the better we can tailor them to your celebration.
What’s the difference between a walking dinner catering and a Christmas drinks party?
Both are standing events where guests usually get their drinks at the bar while our staff circulate with food and bites. The difference lies in the dishes: the catering for a Christmas or December drinks party typically includes simpler snacks, while a walking dinner features several refined small courses that together form a complete dinner.
Some of our colleagues have dietary requirements, is that possible?
We regularly cater for vegetarian, vegan, and lactose-free options. For guests with gluten allergies, we bring gluten-free crackers or bread. Unfortunately, in cases of very strict gluten intolerance (such as coeliac disease), we’re unable to provide service.
Can your staff wear festive Christmas outfits?
Yes, that’s something we often do — from service staff dressed in glitter jackets and Christmas hats to lederhosen for Oktoberfest-themed parties. Sometimes clients provide the outfits, but we can also rent or purchase them for your event.

Can you also cater a Christmas event at our office?
Yes, we do that regularly. Offices are where we cater for most of our events. We can transform your workplace into a festive Christmas venue with furniture, tableware, glassware, a bar setup, and all the essentials. If needed, we can separate the event area from the workspace with pipe and drape, turning your office into a true Christmas wonderland. We can also help with decoration or gift wrapping if desired.
