Sweet snacks & desserts
Sweet snacks and desserts are a natural way to round off a drinks reception, walking dinner or office event, and they work equally well as a standalone treat during a coffee or tea break. The right sweet bite at the right moment leaves a lasting impression.
We offer two distinct selections. The first is a dessert menu for walking and standing events, with refined individual portions served in glasses, on small plates or as elegant one-bite sweets. The second is a coffee and tea break selection, built around mini bakes and raw cakes that work well on a table or passed around informally.
Both selections include vegan and gluten-free options, and we are happy to adapt the choice to your guest mix and event format. For more information on formats and quantities, visit our appetizers & snacks service page.

Frequently asked questions
Are sweet snacks or desserts needed as part of a walking dinner?
That is completely up to your preference. Some clients add a sweet course and others don’t. Generally these are more popular when the event is festive in nature, while for a more practical or business-style gathering the desserts are often skipped. If you do include them, portions are individual and easy to handle standing up, served in a glass, on a small plate or as a one-bite sweet, and we typically time these toward the end of the event as a natural close to the menu.
Do we need to order desserts for the whole group?
Not all guests will have a dessert — some will skip it for various reasons. For groups of 60 or above, you can safely order for around 60% of the group, so 36 portions for a group of 60 rather than the full number. Below that threshold it becomes a little riskier and depends more on the group, so we would recommend ordering closer to the full count.
Are there vegan and gluten-free dessert options?
Yes. The mango mousse, raspberry passion fruit and nut cake, and the Nats Rawline raw cakes are all vegan and gluten-free. The dark chocolate mousse can be made vegan on request. Both panna cottas are gluten-free. Let us know your guests’ requirements and we will indicate the best options.
How many sweet bites should I plan per person for a coffee break?
We typically recommend 2 to 3 small pieces per person, or 1 more substantial snack, but it depends on the programme and the last eating moment. If lunch or dinner are some time away, it can be a good idea to add a small savoury snack alongside the sweet bites to keep guests going. We are happy to advise based on your schedule.
