Walking dinner menus at Zing are almost always custom made. We take the time to understand who is attending your event and what kind of food fits best, and from there we build a menu that matches the guests and the setting.

A walking dinner menu can be designed as a full evening programme of around 3 hours, or as a more compact format of approximately 1.5 hours for business events. The pacing, portion sizes and dish selection are always adapted to the occasion.

The dishes on this page give you a full picture of what we offer. Most walking dinners start with a round of small cold bites passed directly from a tray, move into larger, more substantial dishes served on small plates or glasses placed on a tray, and often close with a burger and sometimes one or two desserts. FAQ

How many bites or dishes should we include per person?

Most of our walking dinner menus include between 6 and 10 canapés and dishes per person. The exact number depends on the duration of the event and how filling the selected dishes are. Of course, we guide you in choosing the right combination to ensure guests feel fully satisfied.

You can either select individual dishes yourself or let us propose a well-balanced menu. We typically recommend a mix of cold and warm items, as well as meat, fish and vegetarian options to create variety throughout the event.

We also advise you to think about the preferences of your guests rather than only your personal favourites, so the menu works well for the entire group.

Yes, we can easily adapt the menu for vegetarian, vegan, halal and most allergy-related requirements. We also offer gluten-free options. Please note that we do not cater for (strict) coeliac conditions.
